As part of the engineering End to End Talent Management team you will contribute to achieve our mission: “Develop and execute a comprehensive plan that ensures the Engineering organization has the industry’s best talent by optimizing recruitment, retention, engagement and development. Coordinate the logistic for the engineering training: facilitate event organization, advertising and scheduling of courses, rooms and equipment reservation Perform data entry and tracking of training attendance, coordinating course feedback and compiling test results Assist in the planning of the curriculum, and teaching aids, for example, training handbooks, video content, and reference material Help knowledge management team updating and maintaining folder organization, tools and excel spreadsheet Coordinate and maintain inventory of training materials Perform other related administrative tasks to support the engineering and product development team How to thrive in this role? You have 5 years experience providing project, coordination or administrative support You have a College Degree in administration or technical/vocational training in office administration or related field You have good computing skills and are proficient in MS Office including sharepoint and intermediate excel competencies You demonstrate good initiative, autonomy, rigor, planning and organizational skills You have good written and verbal skills for effective communication and relation with different engineering groups and first level of management Experience in coordinating technical training programs is an asset
