Quebec company expert in the post-disaster field is currently looking for an office coordinator to join its stable and dynamic team in Ville Saint-Laurent! Scalable and expanding company is looking for a key person to support its team of internal experts! Position summary: Provide administrative support to internal experts so that claims files can progress properly. Administrative support for internal experts: reports, layout, writing... Management of files respective to internal experts Management of specimens, samples collected from the disaster according to internal processes Coordinate training activities given externally by our experts: dates, registrations, accreditations, attendance, links on the platforms... All other related tasks. Qualifications Good oral and written communication, especially good written French English requested functional Experience in a position similar to this one Diploma of college studies (DEC) in administrative techniques or secretarial work ( an advantage ) Experience in damage insurance a great asset Mastery of MS Office Sense of priorities Autonomous, team player, attention to detail, multitasking, organized Respect of deadlines. Excellent communication skills.
