We are seeking a talented individual who can work collaboratively with our Vancouver government client on an initial 5-month contract. Responsibilities SharePoint online site administration (covers tenant level to collection level): • Configuring SharePoint • Using the admin center • Managing user profiles • Site creation • Sub-site creation • Records management • Configuring security settings • Working with apps and PowerApps • Associate a site with a hub • Connecting SharePoint with social media • Enabling business services • Monitor and maintain the SharePoint Online service • Azure single sign-in configuration for external users • SharePoint Roles • Working with document libraries • Storage options • SharePoint Security Create sites and content management: • Leverage the tools in the Microsoft Power platform - Power Automate, Power BI • Customize page layouts and web parts, work with permissions. • Configure search hub and search queries. • Workflows • Test and enabling 3rd party add-ons. • Configure unique and refined SharePoint permissions. Azure Skills: • Azure Entra (azure AD) • Purview for DLP (nice to have) • B2B integration Qualifications • SharePoint 2013,2016, 2019 and SharePoint Online knowledge. • Considerable knowledge of office 365 • Good and pleasant communication skills. • Good documentation skills.
