Intermediate or Senior Systems Engineer

About the roleBMT Canada is recruiting for an Intermediate or Senior Systems Engineer with experience in Requirements Management to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will provide Requirements Management support to BMT projects and clients by: Working with BMT’s engineering teams to support the delivery of requirements and Systems Engineering services Supporting the Systems Engineering team with requirements engineering activities such as elicitation, definition, specification, analysis, verification, and validationManaging complex DOORS databases used for: Development and configuration management of Statement of Work (SOW) requirementsReviews with internal and external stakeholdersDelivery of Requirements to commercial and government customers. About YouWe are looking for enthusiastic and flexible team members, who possess the following knowledge, experience, and skills: A university degree or college diploma in an Engineering, Computer Science, or other technical field5+ years of Requirements Management experience Experience with requirements engineering databases and scripting (such as DOORS) Ability to write basic computer programs/scripts Excellent problem-solving skills Excellent organizational skillsExcellent written and oral communication skillsExcellent interpersonal and teamwork skills About BMTWe exist to navigate the most important and impactful engineering challenges of our time.
