Are you an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully completing two full life cycles wood frame/mixed used project in Canada? Do you possess exceptional leadership skills to guide and inspire a team towards project excellence? If so, we want you to join our dynamic and innovative team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Lead and oversee the entire life cycle of wood frame/mixed use construction projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Team Management: As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for assembling and leading a high-performing project team. Foster collaboration, provide guidance, and motivate team members to achieve project goals.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic project plans, considering all aspects of construction, including design, engineering, procurement, and construction phases.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and transparent communication throughout the project duration.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges associated with construction projects, and implement effective risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Quality Assurance: Uphold and enforce high-quality standards in all project deliverables. Implement and monitor quality control processes to guarantee the excellence of the final product.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager with a minimum of one successfully completed construction projects in Canada.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a multidisciplinary project team.
  • In-depth knowledge of the construction industry, including regulations, codes, and best practices related to high-rise tower projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. BCIT background and asset
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
