Our client is actively seeking a Bilingual Associate Customer Operations and Patient Services for a 12-month contract in Montreal. The ideal candidate will be bilingual (English and French) and passionate about operational excellence and customer service. This crucial role will ensure exceptional customer experience and positive patient outcomes through efficient operations management and quality service delivery. Advantages • Gain experience within a leading and well recognized organization • Work full time hours on a 12 month assignment • Earn 25 to 32 $/h • Work hybrid (supporting the Montreal office) Responsibilities - Act as primary contact for product requests, coordinating responses with internal stakeholders. - Manage end-to-end process of product requests, ensuring timely delivery and issue resolution. - Streamline operations to minimize delivery time while maintaining reliability. - Provide patient services, including travel assistance. - Lead process improvement projects and conduct training sessions for hospital centers. Qualifications Education: •Bachelor’s degree minimum – operational or business degree preferred Languages: • Fluent in both written and spoken English and French; Portuguese is an asset Experience/Professional requirement: • 1-3 years of experience in a similar position • Excellent written and verbal communication skills •Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare business service offerings and customer needs Summary Interested in the Bilingual Associate Customer Operations and Patient Services role?
