Job Title: Dispatcher Location: Dorval Industry: Transport Transport company in the B2B and WAREHOUSING industry for the regions of Quebec and Ontario Region, currently looking to add a junior dispatcher to the operations team. Apply Now: melissa.cumetti@randstad.ca / philippe.pilon@randstad.ca Advantages - Permanent full time position Monday to Friday - Shift time is flexible - Salary ranges is from 50-60k - 2 weeks vacation (possibility of more) - Bonus program - Internal advancement opportunities Responsibilities - Responsible for the pickup and delivery of freight to customer locations - Timely and efficient dispatch to ensure that a high service is maintained - Booking loads - Organizing drivers schedules and routes - Track and trace - Resolve and respond accordingly to calls from customers - Prepare any shipment documentation required or obtain from customers - Work with operations team in respectful manner Qualifications College Diploma, preferable related to Transportation & Logistics, an asset Minimum 1 year of work experience in related field. English with a functional French or vice-versa Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Customer Service oriented and personable. Organized and reliable.
