Part Time Keyholder

''' Duties '''

• Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations of the retail store
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues
• Train and supervise retail staff members, including cashiers and sales associates
• Monitor inventory levels and order merchandise as needed
• Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
• Assist in creating and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales goals
• Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement employee training programs

• Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory role
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Ability to sell products and services effectively
• Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
• Familiarity with cashiering procedures and point-of-sale systems
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets or goals
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
• Strong customer service skills to provide a positive shopping experience for customers
• Knowledge of technical sales, such as electronics or appliances, is desirable

Job Type : Part-time

Salary : $15.00-$20.61 per hour

Day range:

• Holidays
• Weekends as needed
