Role Description

This is a 30+ hour position as customer experience specialist at Pilates In Guelph. As a customer experience specialist, you will be responsible for creating the best experience for our clients as well as conversion of prospects to clients. Working with our sales manager, you will develop and implement sales strategies, and drive revenue growth. You will also collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and success. This position is located in Guelph, ON, with flexibility for some remote work. This position will move to full time with the right candidate

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales and achieving targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Knowledge of the fitness industry and Pilates is a plus
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
  • Passion for improving people lives
