Duties will include, but are not limited to :
- Scheduling customer appointments for service work
- Communicating with customers to obtain all necessary information regarding the repair work required
- Processing insurance and warranty claims
- Ensure customer satisfaction through efficient and timely processing of work orders and contacting customer with updates of progress requiring further approval
- Customer payments and close out of completed work orders
Skills required :
- At least 2 years experience as a Service writer
- Excellent computer skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Team player, working well with others
- Problem solving skills and critical thinking
