We are seeking a full-time long-term commitment Bus Driver/Educator-Support staff. If you are a detail orientated individual with a passion for working with children, we would love to hear from you. Working experience with school age children is recommended. We are willing to train for the right person.
The position is full time 35-40 hours a week. We are open Monday-Friday, Shift: 7:30-3:30/4:30 PM.
As a Bus Driver , you will transport children in our care to and from our Centre to area schools. Responsibilities include: Transporting children to and from school in the mornings, lunch and afternoons. Obeying all traffic laws. Performing safety inspections of the bus before and after each route. Must hold a Class 4 License or willing to obtain and a clean driving abstract.
As an Educator : You will be assigned educator's job duties while you are working in the classroom as ratio educator.
Requirements : Alberta Child Care Educator Certificate (Minimum Level-I) 1+ year of experience driving a daycare van or bus preferred CPR/First Aid Certification Experience working with children is an asset Class 4 Drivers license with a clear drivers abstract Must meet province requirements for childcare employment
