Polk-A-Dot Daycare is an early childhood development program from ages 0 to 12. At Polk-A-Dot daycare, it is our responsibility to attend to every child’s needs while maintaining a secure and nurturing environment.

Qualifications :

Early childhood Level 1, 2 or 3.
Criminal Record Check.
Ability to work in a team and enhance a positive environment.
A passion for working with children.
Good organization, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities :

Play a role in development of children’s cognitive, emotional, intellectual, physical and social abilities.
Encourage children’s activities throughout the day.
Maintain well-being of children.
Be able to discuss abilities, progress and challenges of children to parents.
Promote independence and self-help abilities in children.
Maintain a clean and protective environment.
Attend to the needs of children.
Plan, implement and supervise policies and procedures.
Be respectful and responsible.
Attend staff meetings.
