Key Responsibilities: Accurately pick orders in a timely manner to hit daily output targets Pack orders in accordance with standard procedure to ensure highest customer service levels are metSort packed orders prior to carrier pick upFulfill daily and monthly specialty orders; starter kits, season launch kits, and subscription boxesCross trained in operations roles to provide support as order volume dictatesOther duties as required Education & Experience: Ability to stand, sit or stoop for long periods of time and perform repetitive tasks Ability to lift, push, pull and slide heavy weights up to pounds Ability to lift pounds above shoulder level  Ability to follow directions accurately Ability to communicate effectively Attention to detail, with organizational, multitasking and problem solving skills Enjoy working as a team and motivated by a job well done Ability to maintain confidentiality, demonstrate judgment, and discretion  You make yourself understood verbally You follow directions accurately Core Competencies: Technical skills Quick learnerInitiativeDetail orientationInterpersonal skills, including ability to collaborate
