About the jobAs a vault cashier, you will have the opportunity to: Oversee the daily activities of the vaultPrepare runs – truck assignments, liability dispersal and item check-outReceive and ship parcelsVerifying incoming/outgoing liabilitiesBalance and audit vault contentsMaintain audit trail for all incoming and outgoing shipmentsEnsuring receipts for all shipments and all vault documents are accurate and meet time sensitive delivery deadlinesData EntryEnsuring vault opening and closing procedures are adhered toStoring coin and balancing vault sheets; prepare coin ordersPromote a positive work environmentEnsure Productivity Standards for Customer Service Response Times & Cash in Transit are continually metEnsure procedures and processes are performed in accordance with general security regulationsFollow correct procedures to ensure 100% building security at all timesQualificationsQualifications: Previous experience in ATM, Armored experience will be considered a strong assetA valid Possession and Acquisition License for both restricted and non-restricted firearms and full driver’s licensePost-secondary education or related experience, preferably in a logistics settingAdvanced computer proficiencyAction oriented, able to maintain composure under pressureExcellent organizational and communication skillsAble to manage conflicts, and make accurate logical decisionsStrong internal and external customer focusAble to work effectively alone or in team scenarios
