JOB SUMMARY
Communicate with supply chain, customers services and customers/sales reps regarding back orders.
GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Data Entry - Add, Update information into a Backorder File
- Review inventory against backorders and work with Supply Chain and Customer Service to determine how to allocate inventory
- Identify product availability dates and communicate to Customer Service and Sales Reps
- Advise customers the ETAs for back ordered items
- Make proper adjustment in NAV in a timely manner for internal inventory adjustment requested by customer service to close orders
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :
- Strong Communication Skills
- Experience in Microsoft products (Excel, Outlook, TEAMS)
- Supply Chain or Customer Service Experience preferred
