  • a great work ethic, positive attitude and experience in customer service or professional environment is mandatory. This opportunity is a great starting position in the industry. Obtaining your RIBO Insurance is mandatory-education and exam included. Once licensed, title would be Account Manager. Account managers provide a high standard of service to ensure our clients needs are met and surpassed.

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Managing and servicing an existing Personal Lines book of business (Home, Auto, Recreational, Seasonal etc.)
  • Conducting thorough annual renewal reviews
  • Working with clients to help identify risk and provide coverage advice for their personal portfolio’s
  • Adhering to in house process and underwriting guidelines
  • Openly communicating with clients
  • Claims counselling

Personal & Organizational Development :

  • Fluent with software programs
  • Detail oriented and ability to multi-task
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills

Hours : 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday

Salary : $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
