Duties/Responsibilities
- Travel to client sites to service and repair material handling, conditioning, and storage equipment in the field
- Understand and perform preventative maintenance on material handling, conditioning, and storage equipment
- Assist other service techs and customers with troubleshooting steps and ideas on-site and over the phone
- Accurately complete work orders for each job, maintenance checklist and daily time sheets, safety forms etc.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in a field service role
- Basic electrical knowledge
- Ability to work confidently and safely at heights
- Valid driver’s licence and a good driver’s abstract
