Our Fiber & Drying Line Services division is currently seeking a Technical Inside Sales Representative / Customer Service Representative to join our Lachine, QC office. Responsibilities may include but are not necessarily limited to the following: Work with suppliers to obtain quotations Prepare & Supply quotations for customer / sales staff as needed Review customer orders for completeness (update & adjust as needed), terms and conditions, and scope Enter quotations and orders in SAP Coordinate with Purchasing and Sales to ensure customer orders are processed, expedited, and delivered in a timely manner Work closely with Traffic Coordinator to ensure accuracy of shipping requirements and on-time delivery of orders Coordinate with Accounting to invoice orders Develop and maintain records and reports as deemed necessary Perform all other duties as assigned Review drawings and specifications Knowledgeable with CRM (customer relationship management) software is an asset AutoCAD experience is an asset Work is primarily conducted in an office and will be required to sit, stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull, kneel, up to at least 25 lbs. Position requires visual acuity, manual dexterity, good coordination, ability to endure extended work hours when required, and work safely and efficiently at all times. When selecting candidates, we will be looking for the following essential skills, abilities, and experience: A minimum of 5 years’ experience, or equivalent, working in mechanical/engineering environment or business background Diploma in Mechanical Engineering technologist is an asset Proficient with a PC (to include Microsoft Products; Excel, Word, knowledge of SAP is highly preferred, self-motivated with excellent organizational skills Candidate must continually meet the quality standards of ANDRITZ Proficiency in both written and spoken English and French is required Have the ability to learn and retain multiple skills & tasks Be legally entitled to work in Canada on a full time basis Other valued, but non-essential skills, abilities, and experience include: Knowledge of shipping terms and conditions is beneficial All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or disability.
