We are currently seeking a General Manager to lead our Service Team at Townhall Public House Langley! The ideal candidate has 2+ years of progressive experience in Restaurant or Hospitality Management holding roles such as General Manager, Assistant General Manager, Restaurant Manager, Hospitality Manager or other similar role. Experience includes overseeing a dining operation, building relationships with guests and balancing seating capacity. Responsibilities of a General Manager include: Providing leadership and development for the team Recruiting, onboarding, and training new hires Maintaining a positive working relationship with all JRG employees Promoting and upholding JRG culture and service standards Managing day to day operations of the restaurant and ensuring financial, payroll and other administrative duties are completed Controlling operational costs and identifying areas of improvement to improve profitability   Working Conditions: Hours and shifts may vary Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays   The Perks: Competitive compensation package including $12,000-$17,000 in tips.
