Advantages Working with talented and dedicated co-workers • Competitive Salary • Comprehensive benefits • Paid vacation days and bonuses Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: • Manage the implementation and launch of technology solutions for specific client projects • Meet with clients to discuss project progress, costs and timelines for specific projects • Help our clients understand the options and possibilities for how they can use the highly configurable and complex system • Plan, track and control progress and resources including maintenance of governance documentation and project plans • Coordinate multiple teams and colleagues locally and globally • Act as the primary contact and escalation point for Project Sponsors, Program Managers and Project Team • Managing project progress, risks and issues using a structured and logical approach Qualifications The successful candidates will have following attributes: •A track record of managing projects, delivering on projects and an ability to carry tasks through to completion •2-5 years’ experience as a project manager delivering IT projects •An aptitude for applying technology and structured problem solving •An ability to work in teams and learn quickly •Demonstrated an interest in and experience of using IT and software •This is a client focused role where an ability to build relationships with customers and strong communication skills are essential •Demonstrated self-management skills and ability to deliver to tight deadlines •Confident, proactive and eager to take on responsibility •Math, Physics, Engineering background welcomed •Fluent or Proficient in French is welcomed Summary If you are interested in this permanent IT Project Manager role in Victoria, apply online today or reach out to abhilasha.borkotoky@randstaddigital.com Randstad Canada is committed to fostering a workforce reflective of all peoples of Canada.
