Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of administrative and clerical office support activities for multiple staff ensuring timely adherence and deadlines
  • Review, sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and couriers
  • Sort and scan incoming client documents for maximum efficiency
  • Uphold electronic and paper filing systems
  • Ability to navigate and learn the required computer software
  • Experience handling tax returns is considered an asset
  • Overtime is expected for this position

Skills and Experience

  • Post-secondary education in administration is considered an asset
  • Administrative experience in a professional working environment is considered an asset
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
