This is the perfect opportunity for a H&S passionate person to excel their career into a management role. Working alongside an external H&S Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting H&S conscious working across the business, maintaining accreditations, completing audits and producing RAMS.Duties will include:Develop and implement safety policies, conduct risk assessments, and produce method statementsInvestigate incidents and ensure compliance with health and safety regulationsImplement and maintain quality systems, conduct audits, and address customer feedback to ensure high service standards.Maintain accurate and up to date documentation for all H&S processesComplete both internals and external audits to maintain company standards and accreditationsLiaise with regulatory bodies and stakeholders, and facilitate SHEQ communication within the company.Incident reporting and managementMonitor industry trends and lead initiatives to enhance safety, environmental performance, and qualityIdeal CandidateIOSH essentialResults focussed and willing to advance their career to management levelKnowledge of SHEQ RegulationsExperience producing RAMSExperience in upholding and auditing ISO, Constructionline, CHAS, SafecontractorWilling to travel to site to complete auditsWhy would you like to work for my client?
