Pelican International is looking for a Ecommerce Coordinator. You will be under the supervision of the Team Lead, Ecommerce revenue operations to maintain positive relationships with our major accounts and retailers. We need you to ensure the satisfaction of our many customers. Kayaking has never been as popular as it is today!

A TYPICAL DAY AS A ECOMMERCE COORDINATOR IS :

  • Collaborate with and support our sales representatives to provide excellent support to the sales department;
  • Be the contact person between the customer, sales and internal departments for all operational requests;
  • Validate availability of items according to their order date and align orders with the production schedule;
  • Coordinate with shipping for transportation plans, with logistics for transportation rates & possible shipping dates;
  • Communicate with customers on item availability, shipping dates, freight rates and confirm orders;
  • Investigate customer penalties with our internal departments, dispute or accept/prepare credit notes;
  • Analyze error import report and resolve issues with internal departments;
  • Answer general and technical questions from customers about our products;
  • Other additional duties as determined by the needs and evolution of the position and the company.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU : You have a minimum of one year of sales/customer service support or similar transferable experience. You are fluently bilingual and have excellent learning and communication skills in both English and French, as well as the ability to follow up on projects.
