Experience should include plan review, design, and approval of municipal services and transportation engineering.5+ years of progressive supervisory experience in a unionized setting.Proven abilities in time management and organizational skills with a strong emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.Demonstrated integrity and adherence to professional standards, regulations, and corporate policies.Demonstrated leadership, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Sound judgment, initiative, and creativity in evaluating engineering solutions.Practical knowledge of municipal policies, procedures, and processes.Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and relevant civil engineering design and modeling software.Familiarity with key legislation including the Environmental Assessment Act, Municipal Act, and others.Ability to assess options within legislative frameworks and municipal policies.Thorough understanding of municipal development standards and planning processes.Knowledge of related legislation such as the Occupational Health & Safety Act and TAC Design manuals.If you have the qualifications and are interested in applying for this position, please forward a copy of your resume to angelo@logicexecutivesearch.com.
