Guest Service Agent / Night Audit

Description : MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK WEEKDAYS, EVENINGS, WEEKENDS, AND ALL HOLIDAYS. SOME SHIFTS WILL REQUIRE YOU TO WORK OVERNIGHT 11 PM TO 7 AM

MUST HAVE OWN TRANSPORTATION AS THERE ARE NO BUSES TO LAKESHORE

Responsibilities :

  • Providing exceptional customer service by going the extra mile for our guests
  • Basic concierge duties such as giving out directions and information about hotel amenities and services
  • Checking guests in/out of hotel
  • Answering switchboard of multi phone lines
  • Responding to guest inquiries and requests, with diligent follow up procedures
  • Problem resolution
  • Ensuring courteous, efficient, and quality guest service at the front desk
  • Full understanding of IHG guest loyalty and other related programs
  • Knowledge of Opera PMS an asset
  • Must be available to work all shifts. (AM, PM, weekends and holidays)

Qualifications : previous front desk experience an asset
