Take a look below for more details Advantages -Permanent position in Ancaster -Competitive wage including hourly premiums -Health and dental benefits -RRSP program matching up to 4% -Safety footwear reimbursement allocation -Tuition reimbursement plans -Employee assistance program -3 weeks' PTO(paid time off) Responsibilities -Help different departments with Mechanical support in the facility. -Prevent breakdowns and operate with preventative maintenance techniques. -Ensure a safe work environment through effective maintenance of equipment and make safe working conditions, when needed -Troubleshoot any mechanical breakdown in the production process -Use SAP system -Assist in the installation of any new equipment in the facility -Report any concerns and/or problems to the supervisor through daily written and verbal reporting -Understands the mechanics of our facilities processing and packaging equipment and is able to maintain it -Maintenance proper hygiene and clean work environment around yourself -Provide shift report to include parts used downtime and root cause analyses Ensure that all employees are aware of their responsibilities specific to food safety, legality, and quality Adhere to all applicable job procedures as outlined in the SOP manual Adhere to GMPs and Health and safety rules as outlined in the employee handbook and food safety practices Qualifications -Must hold a valid 433A millwright license- -Good mechanical aptitude and dexterity - detail-oriented -High sense of ownership, good organizational skills, effective communicator -Tenacious with great analytical skills Summary Interested in hearing more?
