As a Marketing Coordinator in a rapidly growing team, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to various projects and different brand images. Your role will involve coordinating deliverables management and contributing to various sales/marketing strategies within the group. From project management to content creation, your mandate will be filled with motivating challenges to tackle! Among your tasks will be: Coordinating team deliverables across numerous campaigns, projects, and priorities. Supporting sales and marketing teams with the creation of digital and print content (writing posts, news, templates, visual elements, and coordinating virtual events). Participating in the development of our email marketing strategy. Working with our suppliers and ensuring deadlines are met. Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure active brand presence on various social media platforms, engaging with communities, and contributing to advertising campaigns. Managing inquiries from internal clients/partners. Adapting and prioritizing content for publication on different platforms in collaboration with divisional managers. Executing any related work requested by your immediate supervisor. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree or college diploma in marketing, communication, journalism, or a relevant field. Excellent proficiency in spoken and written French. Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English. Proficiency in spoken and written English is required as the incumbent will be in regular contact with our offices in other Canadian provinces or will be in contact with clients outside Quebec. Excellent knowledge of major social media platforms and management and analysis tools (Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Rankmath). Basic knowledge of common graphic design applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva) and CMS WordPress. Experience with CRM tools and marketing campaign automation (HubSpot) is an asset. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript, Python is an asset. Basic knowledge of audiovisual (video editing, Premiere, After Effects) is an asset.
