Sales Associate

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
• Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
• Utilize technical knowledge to provide product recommendations and answer customer questions
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities
• Operate cash register and handle financial transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves

Skills :

• Jewelry making and knowledge of crystal benefits a definite asset
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to effectively communicate product information
• Experience in technical sales, with knowledge of technical specifications and features of products
• Upselling skills to promote additional products or services to customers
• Cashiering experience with proficiency in operating a point-of-sale (POS) system
• Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone
• Strong customer service skills to provide a positive shopping experience

Salary : From $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 27 per week
