MacNutt Enterprises is in search of an EXPERIENCED EXCAVATOR OPERATOR FOR IMMEDIATE HIRE! We are a leading distributor of Soils, Mulches, Wood chips, and aggregates in the Victoria area. We are a company that prides itself in sourcing and producing our products in a sustainable and earth-friendly manner.
Term of Employment: Permanent Part-time & Full time available
Salary : To be determined
Main duties/accountabilities include:
- Always protect the safety and well-being of yourself and your co-workers. Follow all Company specific safety protocols and Occupational Health & Safety policies and procedures.
- Load customer's vehicles with products in a safe and timely manner
- Effectively communicate over a 2-way radio
- Perform daily pre and post-inspections of machinery and follow daily maintenance practices
- Basic yard maintenance as needed to ensure the safety of our clients and employees
- Minor equipment maintenance
Qualifications:
- Experience operating an Excavator
- Ability to work and communicate within a team as well as individually
- Team player/Positive attitude
- Punctual and reliable
- Able to work safely and efficiently in a high-paced environment
