Sales Support - Dorval

We are currently looking for a sales support role for an amazing company in Dorval. They are currently growing and have lots of room for advancement. The sales support representative will deal with sales-related problems, enter new orders, track orders, investigate shipping issues and manage customer accounts. They also enter and track data in sales databases and provide reports to the sales department. Advantages 8AM-5PM or 7:30AM-4:30PM Friday's finishing at 2PM Salary 40,000$-45000$ Full benefits (Medical, Dental, Massage) 2 weeks vacation after the 1st year 3 Sick/Personal Days Casual Working Environment Responsibilities - Creating Powerpoint presentations, entering the info into Excel - Receive and review documents received from suppliers - Send documents and required information to customs broker (coordinating with the logistics department) - Ensure all documents are sent on time - Data entry and data review - Delivery forecasts to be sent weekly to each of our appointed truckers in the US - Documentation/instructions to be sent to truckers when needed - Customer Service oriented, follow up with clients Qualifications Common sense Strong computer skills Data Entry proficiency English spoken with functional French Problem Solver Powerpoint Presentation If interested in this opportunity or know someone who would be a good fit.
