At times you may be expected to perform reasonable additional duties that are related to your role but are not specified in your position description as directed by your supervisor.PurposeTo provide strategic leadership for the Mineral Resource (MR) department of Lion One.The incumbent is responsible for planning, monitoring, reporting and delivery of all MR activities. The key objective of the role is to increase the value of the mineral resource asset through improved utilisation, resource growth, discovery, or acquisition/divestment.Key Accountabilities or Activities Manage the delivery of approved work programsImplement discovery strategiesContribute to maintaining Lion One tenement packageContribute to Lion One joint venture exploration activitiesHuman Resources – recruitment, training and succession planningAccurate development and maintenance of Lion One geoscience dataOrebody knowledge and mineral system studiesAssist and writing reports Implement business improvement programsCode of ConductAdherence at all times to the Lion One Code of Conduct.
