Role Overview:

As the Executive Assistant, you will be a critical cog in the smooth running of the executive team. Your key goal will be to drive operational efficiency and maintain high standards across the Fulmer & Company organization. You will report directly to the Managing Director, Killian Foley, who oversees Fulmer & Company’s investment portfolio which includes four distinct operating businesses as well as several minority investments. In partnership with the executive team, you will foster a warm and rewarding work environment built on mutual respect and a strong work ethic. You will have lots of opportunities to take on more as the comfort with the basic responsibilities develops.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a suite of executives, providing executive-level administrative assistance, including calendar management, travel arrangements, correspondence handling, and meeting coordination.
  • Coordinate closely with the executives to execute strategic initiatives and ensure seamless communication and collaboration across departments.
  • Exhibit resourcefulness and initiative in problem-solving, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing innovative solutions to drive operational success.
  • Uphold Fulmer & Company’s brand and business acumen in the community and with external stakeholders, representing the organization with professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field would be considered an asset.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in executive support or operations management roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft office software and administrative tools.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
