Responsibilities and Duties would include, but not limited to : Welcome patients in a professional and considerate manner, in person and over the phone
Assist the pharmacist in the processing and assembling of prescriptions
Comply with legal intervention limits regarding patients and confidentiality
Respond to patient inquiries and refer them to the pharmacist as required
Respond to telephone calls and record information accurately
Collect relevant patient information and create or update patient records in Kroll
Third party adjudication
Maintaining pharmacy inventory
Qualifications and Skills : Excellent communication skills
Works well under pressure in a fast paced environment
Detail oriented, with excellent data entry and math skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Must maintain a clean and orderly work environment
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Must possess a positive and professional attitude
Must have the ability to work as part of a team
Experience in a retail pharmacy environment a definite asset
Willingness to update knowledge and skills through additional training and education
Hourly rate negotiable based on experience and knowledge
