E-Commerce & Administrative Coordinator

Hi there! We're  Aykah Furniture ( and we're looking for an E-Commerce & Administrative Coordinator to join our in-person team!

Roles & Responsibilities:

E-commerce Support:

- Assist in managing the online store, product listings, and ensuring accurate product information.

- Coordinate product launches, promotions, and discounts in collaboration with the E-commerce Manager.

- Track inventory levels, monitor stock availability, and facilitate replenishment orders as needed.

- Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

- Implement strategies to minimize stock-outs and overstock situations.

- Create visually appealing and professional listing photos using Canva to enhance product listings.

- Ensure that the listing photos are aligned with the brand's aesthetic and appeal to the target audience.

- Enhance our product visibility and drive sales through strategic ad optimization and placement on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon and Wayfair.

Customer Service:

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via email, phone, or online chat.

- Address customer concerns, process returns, and ensure timely resolution of any issues.

- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service.

Administrative Support:

- Assist with general administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records.

- Support the executive team with administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (required)
  • 1+ years working in e-commerce or a similar environment (preferred)
  • Experience in using Shopify, Wayfair, Amazon Seller & Vendor Central, Walmart Seller Center, Overstock, and other marketplaces.
  • Must be self-motivated.
  • This position requires an individual who is self-directed and detail-oriented with an inquisitive nature and the desire to solve problems, a strong work ethic with a positive "can-do" attitude, and one who takes pride in the quality of their work
  • Willing to learn and take on new tasks
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong quantitative and data analysis skills

Here's what your day will look like if you work with us:

  • You will primarily spend your day working on our e-commerce platforms, updating inventory, processing orders, arranging shipping, etc.
  • Your time is also spent updating and following up with your People Leader (E-Commerce Manager)

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
