You will manage medication therapy for patients, both initially and on an ongoing basis. In addition, you will provide assessment, intervention and resolution of potential or actual drug-related problems and oversee activities related to compounding and packaging. Required Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy. Active or eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Pharmacy (ACP).Additional Required Qualifications: Additional prescribing authorization (or obtained within 1 year from date of hire).Preferred Qualifications: Prior interdisciplinary team experience is an asset. Ability to work effectively both in a team environment as well as independently. Ability to use evidence-based medicine in direct patient care.
