Purpose:The Front Desk Clerk provides front-line customer service to residents and guests and supports the Housing Administration and Accommodation & Conference Services teams as needed in supporting clients.Education:Must be a current student.Experience:Previous work experience may be considered.Skills:Excellent customer service and organizational skills. good computer skills. accurate data entry skills. bookkeeping and cashiering skills. strong communication skills to obtain and relay accurate information in a clear and concise manner. exercise initiative and good judgment. good problem-solving skills. ability to work both independently and on a team. flexibility in adapting to changing priorities. ability to handle high work volume and meeting frequent deadlines.
