About the Role : As a Delivery Analyst at Xerox, you'll ensure that customer equipment orders are handled smoothly from start to finish. You’ll be responsible for coordinating deliveries, managing inventory, and resolving any issues to provide a seamless delivery experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Schedule and coordinate equipment deliveries, resolving any issues that arise.
• Collaborate with teams like Sales, Warehouse, and Admin to meet service targets.
• Manage inventory and ensure equipment is delivered or removed on time.
• Be the go-to person for specific sales teams, ensuring deliveries meet customer expectations.
• Respond quickly to requests and take ownership of issues until they’re resolved.

What We’re Looking For :

• At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced office environment (customer service or delivery experience preferred).
• Bilingual in French and English (required).
• Strong computer skills, including Excel and internal systems.
• A customer-first mindset with a focus on problem-solving.
