Role overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Guidewire Test Lead with 8 to 15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Guidewire testing and a strong background in Property & Casualty Insurance. This role involves ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through rigorous testing and validation processes.

• Oversee the creation and execution of test plans test cases and test scripts for Guidewire applications.
• Provide expertise in Property & Casualty Insurance to ensure that all products meet industry standards and client requirements.
• Utilize automated testing tools to increase efficiency and coverage of test cases.
• Mentor and guide junior testers providing them with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
• Ensure that all testing activities are documented and comply with company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects and issues in a timely manner.
• Conduct thorough regression testing to ensure that new features and updates do not negatively impact existing functionality.

• Minimum 8 to 15 years of IT experience focused on QA in Guidewire Testing with strong knowledge in P&C insurance domain.
• At least 6 years of experience in Guidewire full suite implementation.
• Must have hands-on Guidewire Automation and General test automations using UI and API frameworks.
• Well versed with UI and API frameworks, Test Café, Karate Framework etc.
• Must have 4+ years of hands-on experience in Policy Center and Claim Center and working knowledge in Billing Center.
• Should be able to lead, guide, mentor on Guidewire Automations side.
• Should be able to work on Guidwire automation scripts (writing , reviewing etc).
