Heath & Wellness Officer (1.0 FTE Permanent)
Reporting to the Manager of Employee Services, the Health & Wellness Officer will be responsible for delivery, maintenance and support of the Board’s Health and Wellness Program which includes but is not limited to, facilitate the Board’s return to work program and modified work plans as well as other absences. Communicate with claims adjudicators and appropriate health care professionals to determine changes in the status of the employee’s level of disability, preparation and analysis of health and wellness statistics, and participation in crisis response and emergency planning programming.
The successful applicant will be required to provide a Vulnerable Sector Screening document satisfactory to the Board.
