  • Ensures Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times;
  • Staging, sampling and unloading of Tankers and Branch Used Oil Trucks;
  • Transferring approved waste oil to the main feed tank
  • Completion of Ontario Waste Manifests according to Provincial Regulations;
  • Entry of load data into computerized Receiving Tracking System;
  • Managing tank volumes in used oil tank farm and performing tank transfers;
  • Transferring and loading asphalt bottoms product
  • Responsibilities also include assisting in the training and development of other Waste Oil Receivers.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Experience in a labour-intensive role required;
  • Previous experience in a Refinery setting preferred;
  • Tanker experience preferred;
  • Tank farm experience considered an asset (familiar with pumps, hoses, piping etc.);
  • Attention to detail.
