Company located in Ville Saint-Laurent, whose specialty is large-scale, prestigious residential renovation projects, is currently looking for an administrative assistant to join their great team! This small company offers very good working conditions! Permanent Position Location: Ville Saint-Laurent Salary: 46,000-47,000 Flexible hours: 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. or 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. 30 hrs per week Hybride possible: 3 days a week in the office, 2 days at home 4 weeks of vacation: two weeks during the construction period and two at Christmas Main duties : As administrative assistant: Answer phone calls (very few calls) Assistance with accounting including the entry of invoicing data, purchase orders in the system, monitoring of POs, Manage construction permits authorized by the city where the project takes place Monitoring of project files, payments, materials... Expense accounts to do Help with accounts payable and receivable Ordering office supplies and other related tasks Qualifications: - Bilingual in French and English required. Internally, it's more English - Practical knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). - Experience in a similar role - Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. - Great attention to detail and accuracy. - Proactive problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
