Our client is looking for an Intermediate SAP Middleware (Convergent Mediation) Developer to design and develop solutions in a JAVA environment ()The successful candidate will be % onsite working in any of the following locations: Calgary, Winnipeg, Mississauga or Port Coquitlam.Must Haves:5+ years' experience as aSAPMiddleware developer (Convergent Mediation)Experience developing in JAVA including: GiT, TFS, Azure DevOps and/or ECLIPSEMust have full lifecycle SAP Integration experienceUniversity Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or BusinessResponsibilities:Support troubleshooting of incidents or defects that arise in supported applications and ensure a timely resolution. Ensure that all stakeholders are updated on progress as well.Perform data analysis to understand how data impacts solutions.Perform analysis of existing solutions to understand how they function. Further using this analysis to resolve incidents and/or design improvements.Under direction, create Functional Specifications and perform system configurationSupport the team to design, build, and deploy solutions, project deliverables, and enhancementsProactively participate in daily production checks and operations process required for ensuring any incidents are avoided or detected in time on supported applications.Support the completion of application service requests, provide continual business application support, research transactional issues, identify root causes as well as assist with upgrade and maintenance of applications.Support the team in applying a variety of techniques to elicit and gather business and user requirements from stakeholders.Support testing of existing and new solutions for projects, upgrades, incident fixes, and application service requestsParticipate in rotational 24*7 on call support
