Why work for us : We pay well & we can have fun! You will be part of a team that installs septic systems. This is a recognized trade that is regulated by the ASTTBC. You will learn how to install every kind and type; gravity, pressure and drip systems. You will work under our ROWP installer expert where you’ll gain experience that will give you the opportunity to become a Registered Onsite Wastewater Practitioner (ROWP).

You will :

• Be reliable and always on time for work.
• Be capable of working independently.
• Always use safe work practices as this is mandatory.
• Work effectively in a team environment.
• Exercise good judgment and common sense.
• Provide great customer service and conduct yourself in a professional manner.
• Have good interpersonal and oral communication skills.
• Be capable of learning through on the job training.
• Have the ability to read and understand written instructions and communications.

You have :

• Great work ethic
• Some construction experience.
• Understanding of safety, shop work practices and use of hand and power tools.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean drivers-abstract.
• Excavator and Bobcat experience would be an asset.

We offer :

• $25 - $29 per hr to start.
• Permanent Full-time.

• On the job training & supported formal training to take the required courses.
