Learn more at  Position Overview: With inpatient substance abuse and mental health treatment centers throughout the country, EHN Canada has a wide market presence which includes brand recognition, referral relationships, previous clients, advertising, and search engine optimization. This generates inbound interest from potential new clients seeking mental health services via phone calls, chats, and emails. These inquiries funnel into the admissions department located at the corporate office in Midtown Toronto. The Inside Sales Representative manages this high inbound volume of inbound inquiries with a professional consultative sales process - actively listening to callers, assess their situation, and determining the suitability of EHN’s treatment centers. Additionally, the position manages an active pipeline of inquiries and works with medical and clinical staff for admissions approval.  The Inside Sales Representative is also responsible for leading the admissions department’s production via advanced sales skills, innovating sales strategies, identifying opportunities for process improvement, servicing strategic relationships, and leading by example. They work directly with admissions, business development, and facility leadership in the following areas – expediting admissions, removing admissions barriers, testing new technology, testing new sales methods, testing new processes, and serving key referent relationships.Success in this position hinges on excellent communication skills, compassion, strong customer service abilities, self-motivation, and a collaborative approach to teamwork.Key Responsibilities:Answers inquiry calls/emails/faxes and assess eligibility for further assessment or admission Provide information on programs and services available within the Edgewood Health Network or provide information/referral to external providers as appropriate. Conducts intensive addiction assessments and make clinical recommendations for treatment including assessments Proactively case manages clients. This includes communicating with client, family, referents, other health care professionals or organizations, legal professionals, and other external parties, as required.
