Workforce Inc. is seeking experienced Mechanic Helpers to assist a client 400 km’s west of Timmins. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting scheduled lubrication of equipment, involving tasks such as greasing, oil level checks, temperature monitoring, and necessary oil changes. Additionally, the role includes assisting the maintenance crew with routine maintenance, monitoring and servicing lube systems, maintaining lube storage areas, and recording lube flow rates and pressures on all systems in a daily report. Responsibilities: Perform pre-determined lubrication routes on stationary processing equipment including: - Greasing - Oil level checks - Temperature monitoring - Oil changes as required - Assist maintenance crew in routine maintenance tasks as required - Monitor and service lube systems including filter changes and cleaning - Maintain lube storage areas - Monitor and record lube flow rates and pressures on all systems and complete daily report - Other tasks as required by maintenance supervision Requirements: - Must be able to operate small transfer pumps, grease guns, and hand tools - Must understand the mechanics of stationary processing equipment - High School Diploma or GED equivalent - A valid driver’s license (G class) - Ability to work independently, and in a team to achieve best-in-class efficiency and productivity - Self-motivated with excellent time management skills and the ability to manage competing demands and meet deadlines - Strong attention to detail with the ability to communicate clearly - Ability to support and promote Health & Safety practices Pay Rate: $30-$42 per hour, commensurate upon prior experience Schedule: 7 days on/7 days off or 14 days on/14 days off We thank you for your interest.
