Position Summary

  • Caulking of panel to panel and panel to grade beam joints
  • Patch and repair any damaged panels and brace inserts
  • Operate a trowel to fill required areas on concrete walls
  • Skillfully use grinders and other power tools to polish and remove blemishes
  • Washing and sealing of panels as required
  • Accomplish a variety of tasks that help with the progress of the build
  • Working outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Working independently and/or in a small team environment
  • Take direction from appointed foreman or supervisor
  • Follow company safety policies and procedures

Assets

  • Previous experience in concrete grouting, patching and caulking
  • Valid Standard First Aid, Fall Protection and Aerial Work Platform

Requirements :

  • A valid driver’s license with reliable transportation to get to the yard in Blackfalds, you will travel to site in the crew truck
  • Reliable and available to work away from home Monday-Friday, occasional Saturday
  • Minimum 44-50 hours per week, must be flexible and willing to work overtime
  • The ability to lift at least 50lbs and comfortable with heights with proper safety restraints
  • Follow company safety policies and procedures
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have an eye for detail, color matching, and a creative mindset
  • Good communication skills to receive and relay information to and from Crew Members, Supervisors and Foremans
  • Local to central Alberta or willing to relocate to central Alberta : What Eagle Builders Offers
