The selected candidate will be responsible for developing robust cybersecurity solutions, conducting detailed risk analyses, and designing robust security frameworks and ensuring the highest standards.Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies: Develop and implement best-practice cybersecurity guidelines, strategies, and technology solutions to protect organizational data and infrastructure.Risk analysis and management: Perform in-depth risk analyses to identify vulnerabilities, assess threats, and propose mitigation strategies, both on vendors and on the solutions themselves.Lead cybersecurity projects: Lead projects in the field of cybersecurity and compliance, ensuring that all security measures are aligned with organizational objectives and compliance requirements.IT Security Policy Creation and Review: Assist in the creation and review of IT security policies and procedural documents, thereby improving the organization's security posture.Collaboration with internal stakeholders: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and the project owner to ensure the integration of security practices into all phases of project planning and execution.Expert Cybersecurity Advisory: Provide expert advice and consultation on complex cybersecurity mandates, drawing on extensive experience in similar roles within comparable organizations.Compliance: Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with our practicesPreparation of detailed reports: Prepare detailed reports and briefings on the security status, risks and recommendations to improve protective measures.QualificationsDegree in computer science, information security, or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in IT security, with demonstrated expertise in developing comprehensive cybersecurity strategies.Excellent knowledge of security technologies and risk management frameworks. Knowledge of ISO27001, SWIFT, NIST, CIS standardsCertifications such as CISSP, CISM, or similar are highly recommended.Ability to perform accurate risk analyses and develop effective security strategies.Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a team and influence decisions within the company.Additional InformationAmerican Iron & Metal and its subsidiaries is an equal opportunity employer.
