White Star Property Services is a privately owned Landscape Maintenance company based out of Aldergrove BC. We specialize in Landscape Maintenance, Landscape Construction and Environmental Services.

The role of this position is to manage and run our Extra Services Division. This division is unique in its own that brings a new meaning to diversity. It requires an individual that is cross trained in smaller projects with a mix of Landscape Maintenance & Construction knowledge. The ability to run and grow it successfully will require product knowledge, project management, and sales experience to name a few.

This role requires leading and guiding teams, development, planning, and execution of projects. The ability to listen and integrate different perspectives of a project is critical.

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee and manage the landscape teams, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
  • Provide mentorship, training and support to staff in new leading roles
  • Maintain procedures, protocols, and safety
  • Maintain revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive sales and marketing to increase market share
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key partners
  • Coordinate and schedule regular maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and replacements
  • Conduct routine inspections identify potential issues or areas for improvement
  • Supervise landscaping jobs

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in maintenance management or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of related systems, equipment
  • Proficient in supervising and leading a team of Supervisors and Field Staff
  • Experience in landscape maintenance, landscape construction is mandatory
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay: $80,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
