Parts Shipping & Dealer Support

To meet the growing demand for our product we’re currently seeking a Parts Shipping & Dealer Support _ _position for our retail part team. In this position you will be picking, packing & shipping parts orders and interacting with dealer personnel placing orders.

Your Responsibilities Will Include :

• Picking and packaging parts ordered by customers
• Completing sales orders and shipping parts to customers
• Some component subassembly
• Building shipping crates
• Continual organization and clean-up of the work area
• Entering online orders, answering calls & helping dealers place parts orders

We’re Looking For :

• Analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to problem solve
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Familiar with basic hand tools (cordless drill, impact, saws)
• Forklift experience an asset
• Previous customer service experience an asset
