They build relationships with their guests and are often asked for by name. They display natural showmanship, have great communication skills and an eye for detail. A Bartender receives beverage orders and makes beverages in a timely and efficient manner maintaining all O&B standards. They also communicate beverage descriptions and modifications with team members to ensure guests receive their requested beverage.THE DAY to DAY:You’re a pro at first impressions and welcome each guest warmly and with enthusiasmYou’re aware of your surroundings and offer a helping hand to all guests whenever neededYou’re enthusiastic about our offerings and share your menu knowledgeable in order to make best recommendations You have an strong working knowledgeable of cocktails, wine and beer and love sharing fun facts about our offeringsYou’re a fun time!
